Well-kept room, as well as top-class and attentive staff like an unusual request for the staff. Incredible and lovely location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. It also was walking distance to a garden and a hill.

The rooms at Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel are absolutely amazing! The 24-hour room service and premium bedding make me feel like a VIP. I love the separate sitting areas where I can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels is a great bonus too!
The only thing I didn't love was the en suite bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but I found it a bit small.

We have been very warmly welcomed by Zeynep Kiziltas and the reception staff was very polite and professional. In general the hotel staff is polite and helpful.
We were very disappointed about the hamam we booked from the spa. The hamam turned out to be a mixture of asian massage treatment rather than a traditional Turkish hamam what we have expected and bought. The hamam itself and the gobektasi was not heated which was a big disappointment for us. We could not really get the peeling (Kir kesesi) we were wishing to have. Also the hamam team turned out to be asian than Turkish. At the end the treatment was not bad but it was not what we were expecting.

Had a great Christmas break here. Beautiful sea views from the balcony and comfortable room. The buffet selection was impressive, especially the local cuisine, and the all-inclusive drinks made it easy to relax. We loved the convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The spa and indoor pool were also a great feature, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The language barrier with some of the staff was a bit frustrating at times, but we managed to communicate with the help of Google Translate. The music by the pool could be a little loud, but it didn't bother us too much.
