The hotel is conveniently located near Ulus Station and Roman bath, making it easy to explore the area. There are also many eateries, a supermarket, and a pub nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The rooms are newly renovated and clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The bathroom is spacious and neat, with good water pressure and hot showers. the breakfast spread is plentiful and enjoyable, one of the best I've had during my stay in Turkey.
Communication can be a challenge as the staff does not speak English fluently.

Major management problem - false information on Booked.net web site : no shuttle service available : 1st solution : take city bus, bus stop nearest to the hotel is far (forget it in case of heavy and cumbersome luggage) 2nd solution : the hotel sends private company taxi : cost 100 tl or 50 euro! The driver won't give you an invoice for the trip, I must fight and threaten the hotel to get an invoice for that expense (commercial gesture I got 50% discount and paid 25 euros) - dirty smelly room (bed sheets, towel, bathroom floor, hair...): hanging electric wires from the wall near the bed; - wifi is not working , impossible to work with company remote server - breakfast is very poor, cook Tshirt was dirty, disgusting

Location so close to haci bayram mosque. We enjoyed the staff and service and okay prices. The hotel met needs, we would stay here again.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was walking distance to historical sites and close to public transportation. The plentiful breakfast offered was also enjoyable. the rooms seemed newly renovated and clean.
The language barrier with the staff made communication difficult. the bathroom was not well-equipped with enough towels.

The room we stayed in was newly renovated and clean with a comfortable bed. We also loved the plentiful breakfast options that were provided every morning. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was quite small and lacked storage space. the staff did not speak much English which made communication a bit difficult at times.
