Rooftop pool provides a solid place to unwind after exploring. Plenty of breakfast options cater to both Western and Asian tastes, adding a nice touch to mornings.
Shower water was inconsistent, leading to some discomfort. The mattress left much to be desired in terms of comfort. City view rooms face a large screen, making it a challenge to get a good night's sleep without extra effort to block out the light.

My stay at Alagon City Hotel was quite disappointing. The shower temperature fluctuated too frequently, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the noise from nearby guests and maintenance work disrupted my peace early each morning, which was extremely frustrating. Despite the central location, the lack of attention to these issues really impacted my experience.

The Grand Elegant Suite we stayed in was super spacious and had really comfy beds. The AC worked great too, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The view of the city was nice, and the breakfast in the morning was definitely a highlight with so many options. We felt really welcomed by the staff, especially Mr Akne Hoang at the front desk.
