The hotel is fairly clean with friendly service. The venue offers perfect and excellent location very close to airport and good price, the beach, and the centre of Izmir and of course various bus lines.

Efficient and extremely friendly staff, helped me a lot. The rooms were compact and stylish, had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and slippers in the bathroom. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was efficient!

The place was fairly clean and staff was efficient and extremely friendly. Comforts of well-appointed and comfortable modern standard twin room with three beds were fabulous. The hotel offered a free breakfast with cheeses, meats and the best omelette. The free parking was on the premises, efficient service. You guys made our stay very good.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, decent food, panoramic views. The room was large and well-designed with exceptionally comfortable beds and tea and coffee making equipment, pay television, and a study table etc. The hotel had a central setting to Simpark cafe for the pick up as instructed.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Airport and Other Areas of Interest in Turkey, the restaurant which has excellent service and a rather large menu, and bus station or city center. The breakfasts were generous with the best omelette and cheeses, as for instance and all the staff was friendly efficient.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was right beside the airport, which made it convenient for us to meet before our group holiday. We were able to get to the airport early and check-in in no time at all. The hotel even provided a free shuttle service, which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and professional, and they even kept our extra bags until we returned to the area, without charging any extra fees. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

our flight out of Izmir was very early in the morning The hotel is right outside the airport. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They served breakfast early for our convenience. Rooms were modern, clean and very nnice

Right next to the airport so great for early morning flights - clean and modern facilities. Staff did struggle with English but went out of their way to be helpful
It would of been nice to have a shuttle service into downtown Izmir as we did have some time to explore the city but attempting transit into the city proved to be difficult

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is excellent as it's very close to the airport and they operate a free shuttle service, which made getting to the airport a breeze. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and efficient. We were also impressed with the variety of services offered, including room service, car hire, and a 24-hour reception. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely sun terrace and garden area where we could relax and unwind after a busy day.
