The venue has new-fashioned rooms and great staff both in service and reception. The bathroom with a bath.

Great location near Taksim and Istiklal Street. The hotel is newly renovated, and everything looks fresh. The highlight was the rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view. The room was a good size and well-equipped. The WiFi was excellent, which was a plus.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic, being so close to the metro station and Taksim square. It made it incredibly easy to explore the city and get around. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. I also really appreciated the range of amenities available, such as room service and car hire, which made my stay even more comfortable. the quality of service and the convenient location really made this place stand out for me.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is close to the centre. Taksim Square is just a 3 min walk away.

We stayed on the 6th floor. The restaurant was on the 7th floor with live music at the weekend. Thus it was really noisy. In addition you could listen to music outside of the hotel which is not funny if you are trying to sleep. The elevator in the hotel was working only from time to time. Some guests had to carry their luggage by themselves to their rooms. The air-conditioner was on the lowest level thus you felt like in the sauna in your room. We complained 4-5 times before they put the air conditioner to a higher level. The double room was too small for 2 people. Once opening your luggage there was no space anymore in the room. Besides only 1 guy could move in the room. Finally they charged us more as in the booking confirmation.

awesome location close to central area of taksim, informative staff, everything was great. we stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the room, which was clean with double bed. location: the hotel was just next door to the bus station to the airport, the center of the city istanbul which was good, and taksim square, metro station, restaurants, supermarket and the bus station to the airport.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, close to Taksim Square and the central area, making it very convenient for exploring. Secondly, the staff were wonderful. The guy who worked the night shift was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the room was comfortable and met our needs. It had a cozy double bed and basic amenities such as towels and tea/coffee facilities. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

It was convenient nearby the vibrant city center for traditional food and shopping .dolmabahca , Turkish airline , other hotels such as Hayat, intercontinental are in walking distance
