The Club Executive Suite had a breathtaking view of the Tokyo skyline from the 48th floor. Room amenities included a coffee machine, minibar, luxurious bathrobe, and a spacious private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The spa offered amazing treatments like full-body massages and beauty services.

Our Executive Suite had breathtaking views, but the Kaiseki meal service was slow.

Amazing views and service!

The views from our Club Deluxe Twin room were jaw-dropping, and the service was top-notch, thanks to Yoshi Hoshino. He really made our trip fun and memorable. Only hiccup was that the washroom vent was super loud, which was kinda annoying at night. Overall, can't recommend this place enough!

The Executive Suite had an amazing view of the Tokyo skyline, super spacious with luxurious décor. The bathroom was large, but the layout felt a bit outdated. Noticed some dust in the corners and a slight musty smell, which was disappointing. The service was top-notch though, and overall, it had a really nice vibe.

the ritz-carlton offers an amazing experience. our executive suite had a breathtaking view of the skyline. the location is fantastic, with a metro station and a 24-hour supermarket just underneath the hotel. we loved the spa's sakura treatment, which used rose quartz crystals for relaxation.

Misato Nagai at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful, guiding us to delicious local spots that added a personal touch to our stay. Make sure to ask for local recommendations if you want to explore authentically.

Staying here was such a treat! The views from our room were incredible, and we really loved the spa and heated swimming pool for some nice downtime. The breakfast service could be a bit slow during busy times, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! 😊
