The breakfasts are great with pork sausages and beverages, as example. The rooms are well-stocked with balcony, books, as example and the staff are KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Perfect and clean place, incredibly nice and super-friendly staff at the reception desk. Good pool, well-stocked and neat rooms with single beds. Great breakfasts, with pork sausages and beverages, for instance.

location and availability of the sauna pool are two factors that made me decide to stay here. balcony offers a beautiful view of the city. Fast elevator. bed is so-so. Lots of sockets in the room. Air-conditioning. AC.
The price. This is just a super expensive hotel and for such a price I expected the appropriate quality, which is not even in the memory. Breakfast is completely tasteless, the cook is no good, no variety, coffee is just brown water, and every morning the same thing was served. Swimming pool is like this, 1.1 m, do not swim especially, the tiles turned yellow from time to time, uncomfortable. The cooler with water stands at the reception, it is inconvenient to go out there every time after the sauna. You get a sheet, you don't get a sheet. The entrance to the fitness center is in the most uncomfortable place, in the middle of the hall, through the restaurant. Normal hotels make it comfortable for a person to change in his room and go there somehow side by side, and here you walk like on the podium. Reception said that the fitness center works from 7 to 11, but in fact it turned out that the pool closes at 10. In the bathroom water did not flow out, the lock switch did not work. I hate this! The shelf above the washbasin is too protruding and uncomfortable to wash. The towels are pennies - small and thin. The blanket is very small. Anyway, this hotel is for those who don't understand anything about hotels and who have nowhere to go. Anyway, for the first and last time.

Very spacious rooms, friendly staff. Very good service.
Hot water was lukewarm, the restaurant in the hotel could only be used with restrictions (due to low occupancy due to holidays).

I liked the staff and the waitress' as they all had smiles on there faces and some could speak better English than others.
None what so ever!

Excellent restaurant level dishes with delivery to the room 24 hours a day; good room cleaning; quite polite staff; good and clean bathroom, no fungus; nice view of the city; good location, quiet place; it was nice to have a coffee machine in the room; safe.
The noise insulation could have been better. They checked into a room where there were no neighbors behind the wall, but at the end of their stay at the hotel they appeared there and loud conversations were heard. The TV is an outdated model, without a USB connector, so there's no way to plug in a movie flash drive. A little cut the waiter's hearing phrase: he asked why today I pay with the wrong card that yesterday, and added, "the money is already out of that one". I don't think that's the right expression. This is my only claim to service. Also, I could use a toilet air freshener.

The location is absolutely perfect, near Gulliver Business Centre. The rooms are newly renovated and modern, with balconies and located on high floors. The pool area is also good.

The hotel was clean and noticeable, with a lovely garden view. The 24-hour restaurant and bar were convenient, and I enjoyed the marvellous location near the Guliver shopping centre. The service at the venue was helpful, and I had a good time at the pool.
