The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for walking around a market square. A wide range of options nearby, I visited bistros and cafeterias close to the hotel. The rooms were double superior and reasonably large and equipped with a great bed and nice view, for instance.

The room was spacious and had all the toiletries needed, with a fantastic shower; the central location was right in front of a museum and a cinema.

Its a rather grand and pleasant hotel, right in the middle of the city and a personal luxurious feel to it.I also found the gym very useful. friendly staff and concierge would respond if you asked for them.
It has this old lift which is only fascinating the first time you see it, after that,it is more a nuisance, doesnt always work; not easy to open/ shut.

Excellent interior of hall, cafe, restorant. stairs, reseption and other public rooms, location is perfect, value of money for service is absolutely acceptable, breakfast is good.
Room itself (especially bathroom) is rather modest for such a hotel.

I love this hotel! The decor is absolutely gorgeous and the locations is just perfect. The staff is very professional and always ready to help. There is a great cafe to have a drink or bite.
The breakfast is great but it could include more diet items for people with intolerance issues (e.g. gluten) or who are on a low-fat diet.

The room was nice and large.
I was in an older part of the hotel (5th floor) and had to use the old- style cage-type elevator to get to my room. That lost its charm the first time I had to struggle my suitcase and briefcase into it. Horrible! Then, the walls were so thin between rooms and so lacked sound proofing that if I could have understood the language of the people next door, I could have joined into the conversation. Perhaps the rooms above the 5th floor (which have a different elevator) would be better, I don't know, but I won't go back to find out. Lots of Americans there so it might be okay for vacation, but definitely not a business hotel.

Art nouveau architecture of the hotel was very pleasnat. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly as well. It was a real surprise to have free drinks in the mini bar.... Unusual for majority of the hotels I stayed in.

The location here is fantastic, close to Rue des Bouchers Street in a historic area, and our superior queen room was newly decorated with a very spacious modern bathroom.

We had an excellent price but the room was what we paid for. Reception and concierge excellent
It is definitively not a 5 star hotel if it comes to the rooms. No peignoir, broken tiles, bathtub old etc. minibar had nothing but the free drinks (which was great btw, but no snacks even to buy)

The free mini-bar is a good idea :-)
