Big hype, little substance

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night. While the breakfast was enjoyable and the complimentary coffee was nice, the room left much to be desired. It felt outdated and lacked comfort, and communication with staff was often frustrating. The potential is there, but it falls short of expectations.

I had a great time during my stay with a clean, modern room, a unique breakfast, and swift housekeeping. Definitely a place I’d return to!

They offered a nice breakfast with plenty of options, including fluffy waffles which I loved. The location was convenient too. close to everything I needed. However, the shower pressure was pretty weak, which was frustrating. I also noticed a strange smell in the hallway, maybe from carpet cleaner? It gave me a headache, but I felt better once I got outside for some fresh air. The staff was friendly and responsive, making sure my health needs were accommodated. Overall, aside from a few issues, my stay was pleasant and I would consider coming back.

The shuttle driver was amazing, making our arrival back from the airport a breeze while dropping us off at nearby parks like Sunfish Lake for a lovely stroll. plus, a quick stop at Caribou Coffee for a warm drink was just a short walk away, making our stay that much more enjoyable.
