the cleaning was good, which was nice, but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in awful neck pain. On top of that, having all communications in German made me feel unwanted. It's outrageous that as a paying guest, I didn't get a room upgrade for these inconveniences, which would have made my stay somewhat bearable. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The food, oh man,, it was incredible! ! I had a 3 course meal every day, not once did I get sick. And the service? They were always cleaning, always friendly. Made me appreciate the effort, really.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
