I truly appreciated how easy it was to visit attractions like Odiham Castle, just over 2 km away, and the beautiful Basing Trail, which is perfect for a leisurely walk. after my strolls, I enjoyed returning to a comfortable room where I could unwind after a day of exploring, making it perfect for anyone who loves city walks and parks.

The location was convenient, and I appreciated the spa and gym facilities.

I encountered issues with noisy surroundings and staff not opening the bar for residents. Breakfast options were limited.

Not recommended for those seeking a comfortable stay

The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious, much larger than I expected for a budget double room. The shower pressure? Incredible, felt better than my own at home!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the comfort level, I guess it’s tolerable.

Just a decent option for a lightning stop in Hook (Hampshire) with good price-quality ratio. The staff were friendly and the older guy serving drinks was a real pro! Make sure you check if any dining specials are available before settling down for the night.

Great location and comfy stay

Had a nice stay for 2 nights. The room was cozy and I slept well, but the beds could be softer. The leisure club had everything I needed, and the staff were super friendly. Enjoyed my meals in the restaurant – breakfast was a bit pricey tho at £12.50. a good time!

My kids wished for a more family-friendly atmosphere and better service at dinner. A more attentive restaurant staff would enhance the experience for families.

The pool was a perfect escape after a long day, and the gym had great equipment. The rooms were spacious and well-kept. Highly recommend the lovely outdoor seating areas for relaxation!

We had an amazing time staying here! It was a perfect base for exploring Southern England. We visited Basingstoke Golf Club and enjoyed a lovely walk by the canal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to travel around the area. Just a heads up , the bar closes early, so plan accordingly.

The bar served up a cracking bar menu with plenty of gluten-free options—very handy for my coeliac sister! Plus, the place is dog-friendly, letting you bring your furry mates along for the adventure.
