Beware if you're considering this destination. Closed post-hurricane and falsely advertised rooms left us scrambling for accommodations. Mismanaged bookings led to no rooms on arrival, and the customer service was unhelpful. A beautiful location wasted on disorganization and disappointment—definitely not worth the hassle!

The heated pool had stunning sunset views, yet the carpets were dirty.

The view from the King Room was stunning, and I loved the local musicians playing outside by the water! I had such a relaxing time lounging by the outdoor pool and soaking in the hot tub after exploring the nearby marina. The breakfast choices could use a little more variety, but overall, it was a delightful stay! 😊

Free wi-fi and car park were great. room had bugs and poor cleanliness.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the sea view from our room. The kids loved the swimming pool, and it was perfect for family fun. The location was also convenient for exploring local parks and restaurants.

My wife says that the breakfast options could really use some improvement.

Totally recommend for a weekend excursion

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the king size bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on in a hotel, and the outdoor swimming pool provided a perfect way to relax after exploring the lovely boardwalk.

Check-in was a bit chaotic due to storm damage repairs.

i had a great time at waterfront hotel & suites. the outdoor heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the room was nice for the price. it was so convenient being close to local stores, and i loved that i could walk along the beautiful boardwalk by the water during my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food at the attached restaurant was excellent. The scenery was good too, making it a perfect base for walks to nearby landmarks like the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center and Fishermen's Village, perfect for anyone who loves city strolls and beautiful views.

This place was just a top selection for a relaxing holiday in Punta Gorda with very good value for money. The room was nice and clean, except for a gob of hair in the shower drain. Make sure to check for hot water before settling in.
