It was a well-suited match for resting at all in Dover with value for money. The staff at the front desk were really nice and helped us switch to a room with two queen beds. Check if they can accommodate special requests early for a smoother stay.

The dining options were on point, especially the stellar vegetarian dishes! The Sugar Factory and Longo's Meatballs and Martini's offered tasty meals, with standout service from Mahmut. We also loved the cozy vibe in our Deluxe King Room.
While the lobby was a bummer with zero seating and parking felt like a scavenger hunt, we still found our way to a comfy room. The walk was like an adventure—long halls turn into little cardio sessions!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel while visiting Dover. The kids enjoyed the fun pool area, and I appreciated that it was dog-friendly, a real plus for families. We also took a break at the nearby Sugar Factory, which was delightful.
In my wife’s opinion, the food options were limited.

missingWrote a review on Aug 15great spotfriendly stafflimited foodquiet casinooutdated rooms
Bally's is in a great spot in Dover, but there were some real downsides. Late-night food options are pretty much nonexistent. After midnight, I struggled to find anything to eat, which left me starving. The atmosphere in the casino was quiet, too quiet for my taste. The $15 resort fee felt excessive since there were no true vacation amenities to back it up. The room was spacious, but outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds made it less appealing. Housekeeping didn’t properly clean one of our rooms, and we had to check multiple times to see if it was ready. On a positive note, the dining options were decent, especially at Jerry Longo's restaurant. Staff were generally friendly, and I did enjoy my time at the casino despite these issues. It's a mixed bag overall, and I'd think twice before returning without improvements.
