Good compromise : quality/price
I think it should be a good idea for them to hire a general manager or simply " a manager " asap

We booked a classic room but we got an upgrade and ended up in the seaside area of the hotel in a very spacious room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice private beach. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. Also good service at the beach and hotelgarden. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant once, it was very tasty but the courses were served is a very fast pace. We had to ask to slow it down a bit.

The hotel is nice and modern with spacious and clean rooms. The swimming pool is enjoyable and it's just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast is good and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The beach and old castle view are charming.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled on the coast near an ancient castle. The private bay and beach were both beautiful and tranquil, perfect for relaxation. The service here was outstanding, with attentive staff who were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning. I was also pleased to find that there was reliable wi-fi in the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, providing a great way to unwind and recharge. this place really exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

We were upgraded to the La Fattoria suite and enjoyed the comfort of the beautiful large room and balcony. We liked the sea view here.
The dinner did not include an A la Carte menu but only the set menu.

Great views of the coastline and the castle. The food was excellent, and I enjoyed the swimming pool for both relaxation and exercise. The room was large, clean and had effective air conditioning. , the staff was polite and helpful.
The location of the hotel is not inspiring; it is close to the coastal road, with no shops, facilities or sites around.

Great availability of hotel resources, fantastic shore, great position/location.
Check-out at 10am is definitely a minus in such a place.

Falconara is a very nice beachside location between Agrigento and Ragusa. Rooms are good as are the pool, beach, and spa.
Tennis court needs repair and is not regulation size. Not much in the immediate vacinity to the hotel.

Comfortable rooms, good reception staff
Wifi outdated, not working most of the time, dinner options poor and low quality for the price, atmosphere is a bit cold and restaurant service was very bad, besides the quality of the rooms more a 2-3 star hotel

Located in a beautiful private bay, my room had a lovely view of the nearby castle and the beach resort. the bathroom was spacious and meticulously cleaned daily. the service was impeccable and I was impressed by the well-stocked gym, private pool, and tennis court. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the private beach was perfect for relaxation.
The hotel was a bit secluded, which would require a car for some services offered in the nearby town.
