Comfortable overnight stop opposite a very good restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was good but well out of town in and around the industrial area. Perfect for a one night stay on way to Bilbao as it was close to the motorway. One point to note, the route given to the hotel from the A68 is missleading as it would appear that since the directions given have changed by changing the first roundabout into a junction, otherwise correct.

Friendly and courteous staff always ready to help with a smile 🙂.

Place was clean and ideal. The staff were both exceptionally nice and polite. The twin room I stayed in was spotless and airy with a double bed. I liked nice restaurant. The food was outstanding and the location was fantastic.

Room was a good size & clean, quiet at night. Near a bar/restaurant with plenty of eating choices. Efficient breakfast.

A few maintenance problems that were obvious but had not been sorted. 1. toilet seat broken ib our room 2.kettle did not work 3.very noisy toaster

This place is dependable, clean overall, and offers good value. the room was brand-new and spacious, with an additional bed and a nice size bathroom. I had a very pleasant stay here and couldn't find any faults at all. 😊

A very modern hotel, so light and airy

The reception staff were efficient and helpful - excellent customer service, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the sound proofing between rooms good and we enjoyed the breakfast included in room price. Quiet location off main road. We had no difficulty finding the hotel but a few more 'Holiday Inn' direction signs from the N1 would help. Good restaurant opposite which is closed on Sunday night. Excellent stopover on the way to Ferry. We will definately stay here again.

TV channels all mixed up - reception said they had a problem with the satellite receiver. 3 light bulbs in room did not work. All small problems but a little attention would make a stay perfect.

It was a lovely welcoming and pretty standard hotel. Everything was good, with pleasant and very welcoming staff. - I liked the fairly quiet area and good location in a safe area.

Wonderful balcony - view over the coast.all staff so friendly.breakfast - huge choice and quantity.

Had to drive out to nearest resto. food only served from 8.30pm in the evening. snack like meals only available .had to eat in bar area (end september).restaurant not open for us only for coach tours. smoking tables next to non smoking. not good

This hotel and staff were superb. We used as a stopping off point on our way back to UK. Location was good with an excellent restaurant and bar next door. Receptionist was most helpful in our search for an ATM giving us maps and directions. This must be the quietest hotel room we have stayed in and also extremely comfortable. Would recommend it to all.

Convenient location near restaurants, the industrial center, and highways, making it easy to get around. the room had all the basics we needed, including a bathtub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! 🛁

New,clean rooms and facilities.Kind, service minded staff. Practical hotel for over night stay with good parking facilities and sufficient breakfast.

Poor location in an industrial area with less atractive restaurant services available. Long distance to the city centre. New roads and trafic configurations causing difficulties to navigate.

The hotel is excellent for the traveler passing through. The experience of the hotel is the association with the auberge of the past, albeit that it does,nt serve dinner.

The towels were far too small. 70x140cm is the minimal size for hotel towels.
