This place has well-equipped and well-furnished rooms with absolutely superb views of the lake, and is in a perfect location with responsive staff.

Great location on the lake. Sulzano is a good base for boat trips around Lago d'iseo and is also well served by trains to Brescia. If you like walking, the Antica Strada Valeriana is recommended for beautiful lake views along a pathway linking hillside villages, with the option of coming back by boat or train. Hotel staff were always very helpful and provided us with a detailed map for this walk as well as booking a teetime for us at the Franciacorta Golf Club for a reduced fee. There's a choice of 5 or 6 restaurants in Sulzano and the hotel now also has a dinner menu. Breakfasts are excellent (although very little hot food,just scrambled eggs) and are taken outside overlooking the lake. The swimming pool is quite small but there are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas and this area was never overcrowded. Free internet access is available in the bar/library.

If we went again I would book a room with a lake view if one was available. The carpark view is not so good.

The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean, with brilliantly helpful and very efficient stuff in replenishing supplies. The breakfast offered was generous with Monte Isola-superb food and superb food, as for instance.

The staff here were really nice and kept the rooms well stocked, making our stay great; the room with a balcony and scenic views was really spacious and enjoyable.

Location on lakeside of Iseo

Friendly , knowledgeable and helpful personel. Fantastic location and view to the lake ,worth of paying extra for the lake side room. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful garden.

Limited parking possibilities.

The hotel offered us top-class and beautifully decorated rooms with a lovely terrace and balcony. The location was perfect and very pretty, within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

Outside of the magnificent setting and fantastic facilities, this hotel tops it all with the quality, friendliness and helpfullness of its staff. Antonella, Paola, Nina and all the rest of the staff were a joy, they just couln't do enough for you.

I really enjoyed my stay the Hotel is beautiful and we had a great stay.

The only down side is that the room walls are so thin you can hear everything from next door. Not good at all when your looking for peace and quiet, espically for this price.

The room was spacious with a lovely terrace and balcony, and the breakfast offered a variety of options which I appreciated, along with handy amenities such as a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

The staff at Rivalago where fantastic, the setting was stunning, the breakfast first class. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to relax and feel pampered.

The views from the rooms and the garden terrace were absolutely spectacular all day and night. Wonderful staff, gorgeous breakfast buffet. The perfect place for a quiet weekend away. All of our family and friends loved it and many are already planning to return. Thank you for everything!

I had a cozy and pleasant stay for over two nights in a clean and spacious apartment with a great view, conveniently located within walking distance to cafes and bars in a beautiful area with lovely weather.

It was a fantastic place, had polite staff in replenishing supplies.
