Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially for vegetarians. We loved the easy access to the Dead Sea and the nearby shopping mall. Enjoyed a day at the spa with amazing service after exploring local attractions like the saltwater pools and wellness workshops. Highly recommend trying the dinner buffet. it’s superb!
However, I was surprised there wasn't any drinking water provided in our room or lobby, especially given the hot weather. It was a bit inconvenient having to ask for it.

However, the cleanliness of my room was disappointing, with scratches on furniture and a less-than-satisfactory bathroom condition. Additionally, encountering a cockroach in the room was unsettling.

We had a fantastic weekend soaking in the incredible views of the Dead Sea from our large room, and enjoyed easy strolls to the nearby Dead Sea Mall, just a few steps away, which was perfect for our city exploring. although everything else was great, the jacuzzis in the spa could be bigger to better accommodate guests.
