We had a great time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to all transportation options. We loved the rooftop onsen, especially after a long day of exploring. The rest area with stick ice cream was a nice touch for some post-soak relaxation. They even provided a separate set of clothing for the onsen visit, which was a thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast selection was impressive, although it did get crowded at times. However, the delicious coffee beans provided for us to grind and prepare in our room for drip coffee made up for it.

Large room with a large window with view like a picture. Free shuttle to JR station up to 12p.m. You can also hop off at the morning market. Location not perfect because the closest tram station (Uoichibadori) is 10 mins walking distance but acceptable. Other than that, the hotel is next to the harbour, red brick house, Food Club, 15 mins walk to the ropeway station to go up to gothe mountain. It's only 2 stops by the tram from JR station to the Uoichibadori. You would find a convenient store on the way to the tram station and it is the only convenient store around the hotel. And a supermarket and drugstore on the way to the roadway station. The highlight is the onsen on 13/F. The hotel provides every room a basket with towels inside so you can bring it to the onsen with your belongings. The onsen is perfect, especially the outdoor one. A wide selection of food for breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, smooth check in and check out, late check out request and etc. Absolutely recommend this hotel in Hakodate.

The location is great. The room is so cleverly put together. They make use of every nook and cranny to give you all the luxuries you need, refrigerator, hot water pot, coffee etc. Very impressive. The onsen is beautiful, very well kept and relaxing. Wish I had booked 2 nights instead of 1 night.

The location is great right next to the Hakodate bay, close to main attractions and easily reached from the railway station. Spa-area is very good and they also provide free icecream after bathing. The rooms are spacious and well designed. We enjoyed our time a lot with two small kids (3y, 1y) at the hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The interior design of this hotel is just awesome. From the outside it does not look special, but the inside is just beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was the most expensive hotel during our trip but is was worth every yen (was about 20'000 yen). The spa on the top floor is a nice addition. Breakfast was a real treat and should not be missed. There is an excellent upmarket kaiten-sushi just outside of the hotel that we can really recommend.
