I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was very responsive and quickly provided me with an iron when I requested it. The breakfast was good for the price, offering a variety of options including toast, veggies, bacon, omelet or oatmeal. The hotel is situated just outside of the city center, but it only takes about 20 minutes to drive there without traffic. There is also a frequent shuttle bus to the nearby metro station. The hotel is part of a large entertainment complex, which includes a cinema, aqua-park, bowling, laser-tag game. The room was clean, quiet, and styled like an Austrian ski hut. The hotel also offers a free gym, swimming pool, sauna, and even a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi. This hotel is an excellent choice, especially for families with kids, as there are plenty of entertainment options and a lot of inexpensive fun to explore.

For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is situated nicely in the outskirts of Kiev, you can be in the city quite fast. Near the hotel is a shopping center, with fitness center and bathing complex enclosed. Also near is a restaurant in brewery style...

Room was not heated in March ...

Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging transport when it was announced that the train/metro stations were being closed on the day we intended to travel into Kiev city

The reason I have scored low on facilities was because when we arrived, there was no running water in the hotel. The initial indications were that this would be back on at 4am, but actually wasn't until much later around 9am....... There is nothing the staff could have done about this but perhaps we should have been informed upon arrival rather find out once in our room.

Excellent location, lots of entertainment options, clean and quiet room styled like a ski hut, free gym and sauna, friendly and helpful staff.

Godd place with nice atmosphere.

This is a great hotel for family vacation or even for coupels, located in Brovary only 30 minitues by car from Kiev. The staff is great and very warm and kind pepole. There is a lot of attraction in the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel located in complex called "Terminal". In the complex you can find ice arena, carting, super market, bank to change money, spa & sauna. Aqua park complex withe pool, slides, sauna, fitness center etc. amazing hotel, very recomended for family summer vacation.

Breakfast is standard with no choices or varied menu. Eggs or omellete, coffee, juice and vegetables. But it is standard for Ukraine, there is not alot of restaurant in ukraine not even in Kiev.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. there was no smoking area or rooms, which could be inconvenient for smokers.

Plus, the indoor Aqua park provides hours of fun for families and friends, with activities like bowling, lazer-tag, and carting available. there is a 24/7 supermarket within the entertainment complex, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.

The breakfast area is not located within the hotel building, requiring guests to make an extra trip to the nearby shopping center.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to a shopping complex and a supermarket in the vicinity. the room was clean and tidy, with friendly personnel. the available high, speed internet was consistent and effective throughout our stay. We enjoyed the huge Jacuzzi in the modern bathroom, and the free, of, charge, safe parking space ideal for business travelers with rental cars.

The hotel seems slightly lacking in terms of amenities, with no installed restaurant or bar, which is not ideal after a long day of work. There was also a notable lack of English, speaking TV channels and mosquitos in the room.
