An Unexpected Challenge in Check-in
The room was surprisingly cozy, with lovely watercolor paintings brightening the walls. It exceeded my expectations for a budget motel.
However, checking in was quite the ordeal. no one was at the desk, and I had to wait a long time before assistance arrived.

I enjoyed the spacious, clean room and the comfy beds, but the breakfast area was far too cramped for comfort. I might give it another go, though!

great location, quick fix, family reunion
The carpets could use a serious deep cleaning!!! One TV channel without a remote left me frustrated. Showers should be inviting, not a source of apprehension with disgusting tubs. Attention to maintenance would improve the overall experience!!!

It was just a suitable option for a getaway in Heber City with great value. The manager was very accommodating and offered us another room to use when ours was reassigned unexpectedly. Be mindful of your belongings and confirm your reservation ahead of time.

I had a comfy stay, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel also offers a nice pool and some peaceful outdoor spaces to relax. Just be ready for a bit of wear and tear in the rooms, but overall, it’s a great value! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 10spacious roomgreat locationpoor maintenancenonfunctional acmissing toiletries
The location of Heber Inn is great. It's close to the main attractions. The room I booked, a Deluxe King Room, had a spacious layout. However, there were significant issues. The air conditioning didn't work at all, which made for an uncomfortable night. The TV also didn’t operate properly—only static came through. The room had large holes in the wall near the sink area and by the headboard, which was not only unsightly but gave the place a neglected feel. Water pressure in the shower was poor, making it hard to enjoy a refreshing wash. There were no complimentary toiletries, like hand soap or shampoo, which made me feel even less welcomed. The paint was peeling, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Staff interactions were minimal, which added to the impersonal experience. The place has potential, but it definitely needs TLC to improve the stay experience.
