The room was always spotless and came with fresh towels. I loved the view of the park, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, being close to the zoo was a big bonus! 🌳

Impeccably clean place, staff are nice, location is great. The room is nice styled and large with perfect views of the park. Double beds are exceptionally comfortable. It offers excellent services and has a sensational breakfast choices. Every time in Amsterdam, I choose this place.

Great location for me as I had business to do in the immediate neighborhood. Price-performance also optimal. very nice check in and out staff. Umbrella rental or the opportunity to buy a rain cape is great.

Parking costs too high - 25 euros per day. Otherwise everything was great. I only stayed one night and did not have breakfast.

Phenomenal central location near tram stations, public transport, city center, and numerous restaurants, with fantastic breakfast options available at the bar.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom and toilet were also clean, but a bit small. It has a very good connection to the center of the city!

Its location was very central, quite close to Tropenmuseum Amsterdam...

The staff at the reception desk were genuinely helpful, and the hotel boasts excellent facilities. the setting is convenient, with a short walk to Alexanderplain tram stop, the Zoo, the Tropen Museum, and other attractions.

was not very close to main area of city (20 euro taxi fair) and we found the staff were not very friendly and had to wait at reception a number of times for service!

Quite spacious room, comfortable bed.

No minibar, no room service. restaurant closes early. Ok for a short stay or a budget city weekend.

The hotel is well connected by tram to the city center, nice quiet location. The breakfast was very good. Orange juice and coffee tasted very good.

The heating was not warm enough - staff apparently did not care. The room was not cleaned on the first day. On the second day the bed was made, but the sheet still hung out. We had not experience it in other hotels.
