The staff eagerly resolved a fridge issue without moving us! Great location away from noise, and the pool was fantastic for a quiet family retreat.

Decent Stay, Some Quirks

The room was pretty comfy, and we enjoyed some time at the picnic tables outside. The lobby felt a bit neglected too. Could use some sprucing up! Overall, it was a decent spot for the night.

oh, where do I start? the heavy musky smell in the room made my stay quite unbearable. I woudl ve been okay if the staff had offered a simple welcome gift, but, evidently, that was too much to ask. it would be nice if they actually handled maintenance issues like a proper hotel should. absolutely dissapointing, really.

It was just a solid selection for a budget stay in Smithfield with reasonable price. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. If you're not picky, it can work for a short visit.

The overall lack of service was disappoining. i almost gave a glowing review, but when i asked for even a small welcome gift or upgrade, they acted like i was asking for the moon. ridiculous!

The overall feel of the place is outdated and a bit sketchy!!! The lingering funky odors upon entering and awkward parking lot access made the stay less enjoyable!!! Security issues with unlocked doors just can't be ignored!!!

The stay was a mixed bag. I had some comfort issues with the bed, but my sister found it suitable enough, and the TV and fridge worked well. The pool area was particularly enjoyable, providing a great spot to relax. The quick resolution of the microwave issue was appreciated too. Accessibility was well-managed, as we were placed on the first floor due to our physical limitations.

The charming decor of the lobby and easy access to first-floor rooms made my stay so much more enjoyable. The cheerful staff also went above and beyond, making me feel right at home!

We stayed after visiting Twin River Casino, and our kids loved it! The staff was super friendly, helping us check in early, and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for the children to splash around.
