Spacious rooms and helpful staff.

Had an awesome time with a group of friends! We enjoyed bowling and some fun at the nearby Family Fun Park. The hot breakfast was definitely a plus, and the location was convenient for dining options. Just a heads up, the carpets could use some updating, but overall, it was a great stay.

One downside was the musty smell in our room. It wasn't terrible, but it could have been fresher.

The room was clean and the location made it easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Hot Springs Mall and the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens, which added a lovely touch to my weekend getaway. in addition, Connor at the front desk showed great customer service despite a busy lobby, making my check-in smooth and welcoming.

Request extra towels at check-in. they quickly provided us with more when we needed them during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this Quality Inn, especially the neat pool area. The location is perfect for visiting local attractions like Central Bowling Lanes and the staff were super friendly. It was great spending quality time with our family and the two couples we traveled with.

A few major drawbacks surfaced during the stay. The rooms felt worn down with carpets needing cleaning and a persistent musty smell lingering inside. Water pressure in the shower was barely adequate, and there were times when hot water was a rare commodity. The breakfast selection was lackluster, missing fruit options and leaving many guests wishing for more variety. During the stay, I noticed noise from nearby rooms and guests, disrupting the peace during late hours. Lastly, parking looked like it hadn't been maintained well, which could be a hassle for drivers.

You can’t miss out on JavaPrimo for some awesome coffee, and breakfast was surprisingly ample for a place this price. Plus, the friendly staff had us covered when we ran short on towels!

However, we had a cheeky run-in with some German house roaches—yikes! The manager shrugged it off, blaming the open door.

I had a great time staying here. The staff provided friendly service and were exceptionally helpful. My room was spacious and clean with tiled floors. The coffee was available 24/7, which was a nice touch. I would definitely return again. ☕

The stay had a comfy Queen room with two queen beds. Loved the bath with a hairdryer, microwave, and refrigerator. Heating worked well and the TV had good cable channels. Great to have a tea/coffee maker too. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice bonus to unwind after a long day.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with great breakfast options and convenient access to explore the area, including proximity to Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport for easy travel.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay in a King Room, though maintenance issues like a peeling ceiling caught us off guard. Breakfast was hit or miss, but the coffee at JavaPrimo made up for it. Pro tip, bring your own snacks. Overall, it served our needs adequately.
