great food but minor room issues

The food exceeded my expectations with a diverse menu and exceptional flavors. The cleanliness of the accommodation added to my comfort, making for a pleasant stay.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the relaxing indoor swimming pool and the cozy jacuzzi after a long day. The meals were fantastic, but it would’ve been nice if some restaurants stayed open a bit later since options were limited after 9pm. I recommend trying the bar food. it’s just as good as the restaurant! 😊

We had a decent time here, despite a few hiccups. The breakfast was great, tons of options and freshly cooked. Plus, the staff were friendly, really accommodating when we asked for special requests. The lovely view over the river from our room made the stay worthwhile, the calming sound of water in the background was a nice touch.

The disabled entrance is tight and requires assistance, hurting overall accessibility. A double buggy feels unwelcome in tight hallways and doorways. Room temperatures can swing wildly. I had one night where the oppressive heat made sleep impossible, with just a noisy fan for relief. Some rooms allow peering eyes through the blinds, detracting from privacy. Breakfast service suffers, leading to frustration when trying to get a high chair or when orders get lost in the shuffle, so plan on being proactive.
