great access to ski dubai and mall experiences

My stay was enjoyable because the hotel is right inside Mall of the Emirates, which made it super easy to explore many shops and enjoy fantastic dining options. I had quick access to Ski Dubai for some fun indoor snow activities.

Location is a dream! Connected to the mall and easy metro access. Plus, loved chilling at the Spartan Sports Bar. The two pool tables there were fantastic for our group! Really enjoyed my time at the Vantage bar too, perfect for evening vibes.

Convenient mall access

I loved the location of the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, so convenient with direct access to the mall for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was spacious and clean, offering stunning views of the Dubai skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. However, there were some issues with the bathroom's glass walls, which didn't offer much privacy. The shower had temperature control issues, splashing water everywhere, making it a bit frustrating. Breakfast selection was great, but I felt the dining menu could use more variety. Overall, my stay was enjoyable but there's definitely room for improvement in the bathroom and dining options.

We had an incredible stay right next to the Mall of the Emirates, which made shopping and entertainment super easy. Our kids loved the indoor skiing at Ski Dubai, and the staff was fantastic, always smiling and making our little ones feel special during our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process was a bit slow and chaotic during peak times.

Despite this, the staff remained friendly and attentive, especially the welcoming bellman and hardworking housekeeping team. Breakfast options felt repetitive, though the handmade pasta was a standout at dinner.

The swimming pool and spa facilities were just what I needed for relaxation after a busy day.
