Charged twice for extra person stay.

This one had me thinking…

The staff's enthusiasm truly made my stay enjoyable. The deluxe room was spotless and spacious, creating a serene environment after busy days. A highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruits. Staying here means being close to the city center and great dining spots. If you're in Apia, this is a gem worth considering!

Target audience family with children

Had a great experience especially with the friendly staff, they were genuine and really cared about us during our stay. The cultural show was a highlight, the fire performance left us speechless, seriously, you just had to see it.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the spacious room with its welcoming ambiance and the friendly service from the staff. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the cultural events, especially the FiaFia night, were a highlight.

Upon arrival, the lack of a prearranged shuttle caused a hassle, forcing a family of 18 to take multiple taxis. Daily cleaning was provided, but the shower had visible mold, and sheets remained unchanged throughout the week. The Wi-Fi connection was abysmal, with many apps failing to work, and the breakfast buffet offered limited options. A bathroom visit could also reveal unwelcome guests like cockroaches. Additionally, the shallow pool didn’t offer much respite from children splashing around, making it less than peaceful. Overall, the experience felt uninspired compared to what might be expected in a more refined hotel, particularly given the room’s inadequate lighting, which made reading a challenge.

I loved the charming architecture showcasing traditional Samoan culture, with beautiful carvings and sculptures throughout the grounds. The easy access to the poolside area allowed me to relax comfortably, making it a delightful stay as a senior traveler.

The staff made our time here really special with personalized touches like arranging a fantastic Samoan dinner night and helping us with local tips. We loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoyed live music under the stars. While the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, it didn’t rain on our parade at all. 🌟

Wonderful staff, great location, beautiful gardens.

The room was nice and spacious, super clean. Loved the fresh flowers when I arrived! Good air conditioning made the heat more bearable. My only issue was with the staff’s lack of knowledge about local attractions, which was a bit frustrating. Still, overall, it felt comfortable and welcoming.

The room was spacious and included a lovely balcony with views over the tropical gardens. The swimming pool area was appealing, with both large and small pools surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurant was average, and breakfast was disappointing, featuring overcooked items that lacked flavor.

We loved the pool area, a great spot for family time! The breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids, offering a variety of delicious options each day. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings for a family picnic with traditional fales, perfect for relaxing by nature.

My wife says that the bathroom facilities need upgrades for families.
