The staff's friendliness. The green and lovely pool area. Spacious and well-maintained rooms. Helpful reception staff in arranging sightseeing options. Adequate breakfast with lots of choice. Availability of taxis and nearby restaurants. Beautiful gardens with a small pagoda.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side road off the main street in New Bagan. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome during my entire stay. Additionally, the hotel offers room service, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a hair dryer, and an electric kettle in the room. the room was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a luxurious stay.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends. The hotel's location off the main street in New Bagan was perfect, offering a peaceful and serene environment.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel offers a tranquil environment. the room is spacious and has a lovely patio. the bathroom facilities are excellent. the pool area and bar are also great facilities.
The breakfast could be improved.

The hotel has a great location close to restaurants and shops, and the staff were polite. We enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bed. The pool area was a peaceful getaway from the city.
We had a terrible experience with the shower. The water temperature and pressure changed continuously.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always available to help me out when I needed it. The cleanliness of this hotel was spot on and everything was always well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the pool area was especially great. Additionally, the location away from the main streets made it a peaceful and relaxing environment. I also found the hotel transportation and parking services to be very convenient. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious.
Everything was fantastic during my stay in this city.

Stayed here over New Year's and had a decent experience. the breakfast selection was satisfactory, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel is also in a convenient location, within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants.
The rooms are in need of upgrades, especially the bathrooms. the Wi-Fi was barely functional and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar.
