This hotel offered a great location in the heart of the city and was within walking distance to supermarkets and services. the room was spacious, well equipped with warm floors in the bathroom. the service was fantastic, with friendly and professional staff, such as Kristina. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh orange juice and home-made croissants. the hotel had many excellent facilities, including clean and spacious rooms.
One aspect that could be improved was the restaurant, where one reviewer had a negative experience with the food.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and liked the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby. the staff were friendly and offered complimentary hot cocoa upon check-in. the hotel location was convenient with easy access to popular shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the cozy bed and warm blankets.
The room was not well maintained with some of the furniture showing significant wear and tear. the heating system was also quite noisy and kept waking me up at night.

I had a lovely Easter weekend at the hotel in a central area. The room was spacious and well equipped, with warm floors in the bathroom, and it was cleaned impeccably. The hotel offers great facilities such as a supermarket and services nearby and a lovely restaurant. the hotel has an excellent location that makes it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast. The food was served cold and lacked a variety of cereals.

We had a luxurious experience staying at this hotel. the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring all our needs were met with exclusive amenities in the room. the Bar/ Lounge area was elegant and offered a great atmosphere to unwind.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited options in the breakfast menu. Other than that, we had a great stay at this hotel with its well-equipped private facilities and spacious rooms that provided the utmost comfort.
