I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated near a vibrant restaurant district and close to theaters. The complimentary car service was a fantastic bonus, making transportation a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Tidy room, a hairdryer and robes in the room. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, within walking distance of an indoor arena. Also - near to the best restaurants in LODO, Larimer Square, the train station, and Larimer Street and other attractions.
Internet connection was weak.

The room decoration was impressive, and they had good heating that kept us warm during the Christmas holiday. The view was nice since it was overlooking the city center where we could see the holiday light decorations. The location was convenient for catching my flight, and the shuttle service was an excellent plus.
Although the room service menu seemed impressive, the food wasn't that great, and they made a mistake with my order, which was not fixed. Also, the room was a bit small for the money spent- the bathroom was tiny, and the bed was not too comfortable. The noise from the adjacent rooms and hallways disrupted our sleep, resulting in restless nights.

This hotel is a great option for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city. The location is perfect with easy access to the best restaurants, theaters, and museums nearby. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they made sure our stay was pleasant. The view from the balcony was also really enjoyable.
The breakfast at the hotel was not impressive. The food quality was inconsistent, the menu options were limited, and it was easy to exceed the daily credit amount that was included in the package.

Great Location and Comfortable Room
The hotel has an excellent location, close to many local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving the perfect atmosphere to unwind in after a long day. The staff was accommodating, and the hotel had well-appointed amenities that were ideal for my stay.
The food options at the hotel were quite limited, which made it challenging to find something that matched our tastes. the restaurant on-site was only open during certain hours, which was inconvenient at times.
