Everything, especially the treatment of the staff. rooms were super comfortable and clean. bathroom always clean and conditioned. location for excursions is great, because of connection. Breakfast buffet.

The complex where it is located has cafes and restaurants and serves breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool, I didn't have the chance to use it but it seemed ok, old but well maintained.

Comfortable room, good lighting, good bathroom size, but should have a non-slip floor in the shower, it is dangerous for older people, comfortable seats, ideal TV inches, good safe, good coffee and tea in the room.

The location and facilities. It is a very nice, classic and elegant hotel, very well located in the center of Coconut Grove, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and gave me an upgrade to a better room.

If you go for gambling it is the closest thing to Las Vegas you can find in Florida, since Indian casinos are the only ones that have a gambling license in this state.

The rooms are clean and safe. Very quiet, so you can rest. We were allowed to check in before the agreed time and that was very good for us because we had a long trip.

Excellent location! Clean venue, friendly staff, tasty food and plenty of it. I would go again when I have the opportunity to travel to Miami. There are comfortable bed and bath even more. Clean and with everything necessary to feel at home.
